新版 Speedtest API 如何跨地区筛选测速节点

Speedtest Cli 只展示当前地区的服务器列表，新版 Speedtest API 也限制了服务器列表仅展示距离最近的 1000 台，水个脚本来跨地区筛选测速服务器。

运行脚本

此脚本依赖于 python2/3
